Puprise provide free shipping across India for all orders above ₹1000 with shipment weighing less than 20kg.
A nominal fee of ₹100 is charged for orders under ₹1000.
A handling fee of ₹400 is changed for shipment weighing 20kg or more.
Orders placed before 1:00 PM (IST) will usually be shipped the same day and most customers receive their orders in 4–6 days. However, delivery time may vary depending on the shipping address.
Orders that require prescription approval or personalization may take longer to ship.
All orders placed on Puprise are dispatched through reliable and reputed courier partners such as FedEx, BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC etc.
You will be provided with a Tracking Number for your order once, your consignment is shipped.

Returns & Refunds
Our policy is simple: If you’re not 100% unconditionally satisfied with your pet supplies, you can return them.
Our 5 Days Easy Returns Policy allows you to replace/return your item within 5 days of delivery.
We so not accept returns or exchanges on any pet food products and prescribed medications. However, if the medication you received is incorrect or damaged we will gladly exchange it for you or provide a refund on a case-by-case basis.
You can cancel your order any time before your item has shipped, we will refund the entire order amount.
Unfortunately, you can’t cancel your order in case the item you have ordered has been shipped. Once you receive the item, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product.
Once we receive the original item, we will do quality check within 2 days and then initiate refund.
If you’ve already paid for your order, we will refund the money in the original mode of payment.
If you had selected Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to be refunded because you haven’t paid for your order. For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet you will receive refund into the source account within 7-10 days from the time of order cancellation.
We keep an eye on our product inventory and regularly update it with fresh stock. We also make sure not to ship products that have passed their expiry date.
However, if it does happen by any chance, we will send you the replacements or refund your money, without any questions asked.
